OK, so I'll be uploading my latest project within the week (hopefully). I just need to get off my ass and photograph the damn thing. This thing has been done for over two weeks, but i just got it back from being graded on Tuesday (and it's now sunday???o_O). It's three water color/water color pencil pieces that got pretty good reviews during critique, but I have no idea how they really did because the prof never posts grades. Luckily we're switching profs this week for our next 8 week workshop in foundations.

I kind of find it really sad that I'm an art major, but I'm only taking one art class this semester cause of freakin' gen. eds.! Uncool! D:< Hopefully that'll get somewhat better next semester. Instead of just 1, I'll be taking 2. At least it's getting them over with now.

On a MUCH happier note... TAIKO IS PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!!!!! For those who don't know, taiko is an ancient Japanese art form that involves drumming, dancing, and flute playing. It's ultra awesome! And I'm taking a class on it! It pretty much makes my life! Here's a video of some traditional players. The class I'm in is a mix of traditional and contemporary and it's fantastic!

Well thanks for letting me ramble about art frustrations and taiko awesomeness (You should definitely watch that video! It's epic!) And, seeing as it's 2 in the morning, I'm probably going sleep soon, I just thought like updating first.
